The lead time for production and delivery is up to 40 days, depending on workload and courier service.
After handing over the parcel to the courier, you will receive a message with a tracking number.
Return of goods
You can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. The condition for accepting the return is that the item must be in a fully preserved original commercial appearance — unworn, unused, without any traces of use, contamination or damage, without residual odors (including perfume and/or cosmetics), and accompanied by all original labels, accessories and packaging.
Important: we only accept returns of goods with standard sizes. Products made or adjusted according to the individual sizes of the customer are not subject to return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer, unless a wrong or defective product has been delivered.
